By accessing or using Pikka.app, our web application, browser extensions, and associated calculators, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Free License for Personal & Commercial Use

Pikka Web Studio, the RGBA to HEX Converter, the Palette Extractor, and the Creator Business Calculators are provided free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these tools for both personal and commercial creative projects. Color palettes, design tokens, and CSS snippets generated via Pikka belong entirely to you.

2. Intellectual Property

The Pikka software code, branding, logos, visual designs, and written editorial guides are the intellectual property of Pikka.app. You may not scrape, frame, redistribute, or mirror the core software without prior written permission.

3. Disclaimer of Financial & Tax Advice

The calculations provided within the Creator Business & Pricing Hub (including freelance hourly rates and overhead estimations) are designed solely for informational, illustrative, and planning purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, or tax advice. Always consult a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or licensed tax professional regarding your specific 1099 filing and deduction requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pikka.app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Pikka.app or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
